Slow Tissue Necrosis Problem

I have been struggling with this for almost 2 months. About two months ago my SPS polyps started to show little extension. My large green table stated to turn brown from the base up an showed no polyp extension. Gradually several other SPS's started to show the tissue gradually disapearing from the base up. All my parameters looked fine and stable. I removed the table that showed the first signs and have done several large water changes. Still other SPS's are showing the same signs and now no SPS in the tank is extending any polyps.

Today I gave everything a 15 minute bath in Lugols (60 drops/gallon) and returned to the tank along with another 60 gallon water change. No sign of red-bugs or flatworms. Any ideas?

Here are the stats on my tank:

4 1/2 years old
180 Gallon w/40 in the sump
15 gallon in sump refugium
200 lb live rock and 2 inch sand bed (100 lb sand change one month ago)
Main pump Dolphin 7500 w/ 2 sea swirls and 2 Hydor's
Lighting
2 VHO - 11 hrs
1 250 MH - 8 hrs
2 400 MH - 7 hrs
Regugium 1 50 - 11 hrs (counter to tank)
EuroReef CS8-2 Skimmer
Automated RO/DI top off
Korallin C1502 Calcium Reactor
Arctica 1/3 HP Chiller

Here are the typical water parameters:

Temp 80-82
Calcium 480 ppm
Alkalinity 8.0-8.6 dKh
Specific Gravity 1.025
PH 8.1 - 8.2
Magnesium 1350 - 1450
Phosphate - undetectable
Nitrate - undetectable

Here is my maintenance schedule:

Water Change - 15 gallons twice per month
Test Parameter - Weekly
Carbon - 4 cups once per month
Argonite - every 6 months (changed 1 month ago)
Lights - every 6 months (changed 1 month ago)

I have added no new fish in 6 months. I added one SPS (ocean sourced) about two months before I notice anything wrong.

I am baffled!
