Slowing down coralline algae growth

if you keep the razor flat against the glass and angle it no more than 45 degrees while you scrape you shouldn't get any scratching. I've been doing it for years without a scratch. its the only proven method for me to remove coralline.

Plus+. When my tank was younger about 1 year old, it grew lots of coralline. Then just over a year it slowed way down almost stopped in fact. Was like this for about a year. Now Coralline is going crazy again. I cleaned my Korilias and 2 weeks later they where getting covered again. I noticed when I started dosing kalk again more corlline grew.
