Slug

i was doing some cleaning on my tank and i picked up a rock out of the water and noticed some slug looking thing. I poked it and it scurried under the rock. I don't know what it is but now i cant find it to take a picture. I'm a little worried. What do you think it could be ?

Well it was gray and looked like it had black dots. the dots werent very defined though. It really looked like a big slug. i cant find it !!!

It really could be a lot of things, some good and some bad, and no one will be able to tell you without a pic or at least a little better description:
Size?
Color?
Did it have a shell, half shell or no shell?
At least give us some hints man!

Nope, but i have noticed a drop in the blue leg hermits.

welll.
it was gray, it did seem like it had like a hard back when i poked it. It was about 3/4 inch long and it crawled semi-fast. It was like a dirty grays with some black spots.

Do slugs eat corals and hermits and stuff like that ?

If it had a hard back it could be a stomatella (which are harmless).
This site has some pics of them, as well as some pics of common hitchhiking slugs and nudibranchs.

I looked on that website, none of them look like it. Do some slugs sting ? Cause im going to go and pull all the rock apart to find him ! I just dont want to get stung.

slugs dont but if it was a nudi most are very toxic

IME, the vast majority of slugs and nudibranchs do not sting. There is a species of cone shell snail that can sting and kill you, and many nudibranchs carry very toxic poisons in their tissues (so don't eat one). But it's highly unlikely that you've got anything that could do you much harm.
