Slurp guns ?

Anyone ever use one to do fish collection in the wild. In a few weeks where gonna go out to a spot we found off the cost of the small keys near elliot ket and id like to do some fish collecting.

The one I got is for scuba use. I got it from a local scuba shop in east Boca. The one I got was ~$50, I am sure you can find them online for much cheaper.

ive used em. Not as easy as it sounds though, and they only fish you will catch are pretty much the ones that hide out in the rocks. If you can chase a fish in a rock or under one you have a better chance and the more people helping u out the better. I, though, was snorkeling, if you scuba it might be easier cuz you dont have to come up for air. what they do work well for though are shrimps and crabs. i caught a mating pair of Coral Banded shrimp.
