Small active red or orange fish

Does anyone have suggestion of a group of small active predominately red or orange fish? Preferably in the damsals family (without being too aggressive) but not a requirement. I was originally thinking about anthias but most of them grow a little too big for my taste.

Any suggestions are welcome.

clownfish (I love them!), many flasher wrasses, flame angel, flame hawkfish, pygmy hawkfish. There is a blue headed, orange body damsel (I am not sure of its name).

Any suggestions that aren't wrasses or clowns? Nothing against them just don't like their shape. The hawkfish aren't really too active for my taste either.

Scott,
If you recall what this blue headed, orange body damsel, definitely let me know. Another thing I forget to mention is since I am looking for a group (~9), price is a factor. I know my choice will be limited.

I don't know the red spot cardinal is considered active open swimmer. Does this particular one behave differently from the rest of the family?

Not sure if I consider that to be orange. :) When you say hyper, you mean aggressive? One option I am thinking is the masked goby. When I had my 10g, the couple I had always swim in mid-water but they aren't active open swimmer (like the damsels) either.

Still looking for suggestions.

I am also consider these but I figure I will probably need ~30 in my 150g. They aren't predominately in orange or red tho. People in nano-reef said this fish form a tight school so it's a bonus if that's the case (not a requirement for me tho):

Its a fish I kept by itself in my quarentine tank. He is always swimming. I usually removed him from the QT to a 10 gallon when I bought a new fish. He is now in the tank with 2 neon gobies and he pretty much leaves them alone. The other fish mentioned are nicer fish, you just mentioned damsels so I brought up this fish.

Blue flasher wrasse. Nice red color, smallish in size, good looking fish. They will jump though so they need a covered tank.

the MCcoskers wrassse is a really nice fish i just got one and love it. :inlove:

check those out: waitei anthias:

Yup I saw those and they are definitely on top of my list. If there is a peaceful damsel that's orange or red, I would still prefer it over anthias. I think it's pretty unlikely I will find my dream damsel tho. :)
