Small Crab in new Elegance

I just added an Elegance to my tank yesterday. After it was added I noticed a very small crab in it. The coral looks healthy, but I read that the crab might be a parasite. What's the case that it will become a problem if I don't remove it. I thought those small crabs only went for Acros? My tank is all LPS's...

Tagging along. I have something similar in a hydnophora and a very tiny one I just noticed in a favia-type. The one in the hydnophora has been there for months now, and I'm pretty sure I dipped it in TMPCC when I first got it. Best I can tell, it hasn't caused any damage. It just keeps the coral from growing over it's "cave."

I've had one in the past in my fuge, but I don't think he lived that long. Then I say this funny post about an Acro Eating Crab that almost destroyed this guys SPS tank, and it took him years to catch. YIKES!!!

Check out gall crabs ... see if it looks like that. There was a thread here on them if you search you can find them. Ugly little critters ....
