We have a naso tang, yellow tang, blue hippo tang, yellow foxface, and the foxface and hippo tang have ick. We got some cleaner shrimp and i think it helped clean up the foxface a little bit but now im worried its already in the rocks and stuff...was wondering if i could get some options and opinions on what i should do next. Also we just got some food supplements for the to soak the mysis in it has garlic, vitamins, etc.

You need to take all the fish out and leave the tank fallow for 72 days or if you don't have corals and inverts you can treat with chloroquine phosphate. You have way too many large fish for a 120g tank

They are all babies atm like the biggest one is 3 inches.

I hear you, they won't be that size a year from now. Do you have a lot of coral, snails, starfish, bristleworms, feather dusters? If so you either have to take them all out and leave them in their own tank or something similar fish less for 72 days as anything that eliminates ich will also kill everything I mentioned and more. I'm sure someone will suggest ich shield pellets but I haven't heard of one case of it successfully eliminating ich in a tank. I would also read up on ich and proper QT methods. GL

garlic power and selcon will work, i have personal experience with that, i feel tearing down ur tank should be ur very last option, a UV sterilizer will kill ich if it pass threw it but it won't remove all of it from ur tank but in most cases won't remove all of it from the tank.

Garlic and selcon will not get rid of ich, it will help the fish eat which helps them fight it but the ich will still be there
