Small shock from reflector

well I have tried everything and the multimeter does not read a thing. I dont know what it is. I guess I will just be careful not to ground myself on the reflector.

Did you try measuring between the reflector and the water since thats the "circuit" the shock seemed to be coming from?

Chris,

Make sure you are getting bare metal connections on the ground/ground probe. Painted metal isn't going to conduct very well. HTH
