small toad stool

I just got a small toad stool coral from lfs. The "head" is approx 1" across and the foot is approx 1 1/2 inches tall. The little tenticles are opening up all over the head. What do these guys like for food? And do they like high or low flow.It is attatched to a small rock and is sitting on the substrate.

Thanks for any help given - just want to keep evrything as happy and healthy as possible.

Moderate lighting and flow. The tend to slime a lot if any detritus settles on them, so you want to keep a good constant water flow going over them. No feeding required as they take in dissolved organics.
