small worm? in LR

i have some type of worm looking thing living in one of my rocks. i have no pics so ill try to be as discriptive as possible. first off, its very very stringy. it seems like it has 2-3 tentacles that it can retract/extract either an inch or several inches(id say at least 4). it can retract all the way inside the rock w/ both its tentacles, when it is visible it is seen w/ its tentacles collectin what looks like sand(probably eating too), i say this bc over the past week it seems to be building some type of cylindrical cone around the outside of the hole in the LR that it lives in. any clues????????

Spaghetti worms won't hurt your system at all... They're "good"..

Yup.. i was pretty freaked out at first too... they're not the most charming thing to see crawling in your tank.. .but as long as it's beneficial..I'll let it do whatever it wants
