It's Spring!!!!!!!
There were a couple of folks interested in pulsing xenia a while ago. The small colony I have had attached itself to the glass and has been working its way up. When it did, it separated from the rock it was attached to and left part of itself behind. That little bit of tissue has grown over the last week or so into about five polyps that just started to pulse a couple days ago. It's been neat to watch them grow.
Anyway . . . first pm gets this small "colony" for free. It's attached to the nerite shell and there was one bubble of bubble algae, but I buried it in the sand hoping it would die. If it's still there I will try to remove it before letting anyone take it.
