Eggs form nassarius will be easier to remove but note that as far as I know they will not hatch even if you leave them in the glass.
If they are the white single spot egs from nerites (Which are a pain as the magnet will not remove and you need to scrap them) I do not think there will be a way to remove them without damage. Finally I have never seen eggs from trochus, astreas or Mexican turbos. Similarly I have never seen eggs from stomatellas although those are the ones I see multiplying a lot in tanks with no predators (Specially pepermint shrimps that can devastate a complete populatoion of stomatellas in a single week).

If they are 1/16 to 1/8" in diameter they look like nerite snail eggs, do you have nerites in your tank? If they are conical they might be limpets, If neither and they look more like sand grains also about 1/16 to 1/8" but smooth and look like miniature grinding stones with a white dot in the center about 1/10 of the diameter of the body thy might be a type of foraminiferan.
