snail eggs?

Past few mornings I have woken up to white trail of decent size on the glass of the tank. I am going to assume they are snail eggs. In the tank are a handful of turbo snails, cerith snails, blue leg hermit crabs, emerald crab, feather duster, long tentacle plate coral, cleaner (skunk) shrimp, and a clown fish.

Since the trail is on the glass - it seems like it would have something to do with the snails.

I'll get a picture up shortly. It's a crappy pic from a cell phone - but hopefully it will help.

Thanks

In the picture it looks like it is on the feather duster - but the trail is totally on the glass and not near the duster.

Most Turbos, atleat the ones common to the hobby are broadcast spawners. There is one turbo that I'm aware that lays an egg mass. The long strands of eggs found on the glass are usually from the Ceriths.

They do appear to come from the cerith's I caught one the other day laying them. They just don't look like regular cerith eggs. The scooter blenny loves to eat them though!

Same thing happends in my tank to the point it becomes a nuisance. Is there any invert that likes to eat those eggs?
