snail ID, good, bad, harmless

I found this guy the other night when the lights were off and didn't have time to post this. I threw it in the sump and found it today while trimming my chaeto. I'm pretty sure almost all of these kind of snails are a threat to corals or clams or whatever they eat but an ID would be helpful determining whether it faces the gallows, the tank, or left in the sump.
