Snail ID...Pest?

So I have never seen this guy before and am wondering if somebody knows what he is and if he should be removed...something about him looks off to me...I know I didn't buy him so he must have hitchhiked...

sorta looks like a nassarius. those are good, but they don't usually hang on the glass

Very good cleanup crew.
