I am by no means an expert, but it looks very similar to the snails that I have been pulling out of my tank. They have been feeding on my zoos and have done a number on them. Or, it could be an innocuous snail???? Below is a link that might be helpful. Good luck in the identification, I hope that it's benign.

It's not a Sundial snail, which is the zooeater, but I've never seen a snail like that before. Always better to play it safe, when in doubt.
