Never seen anything like them before. They've never moved off my birdsnest which is concerning.

They are definitely Calliostoma snails. All the ones I know wouldn't eat your corals. They mainly feed on algae, and other sessile branchy stuff (not to include corals). It's pretty rare for someone to find these guys in a reef tank.
