first one is definately astrea (well...unless its big. All the trochus snails i've ever seen are a lot bigger than astreas)
The second one is a bit harder to tell because of the pattern on the shell....but its one of those 2. I personally think its a trochus.
Either way, they're both good

Most of the second snail I saw were about an inch in diameter, and some upto 3". It was pretty rare to find him at that size (about 3/4").
I was actually pretty sure what they are, but since most if not all LFS here call them turbo snails, I just post here to make sure.
