Snail ID?

I've had this snail in my 5.5g tank for sometime now. I'm pretty sure he came in on a piece of LR. Any idea what kind he is?

Some close up pics of the aperture with the snail withdrawn would help with an id. My first impression is that it is not good guy though.

It looks to be a juvenile fasciolariid, probably a Peristernia species. See the pretty red foot??? I suspect he eats other snails.
