Any idea what kind of snail this is, and is it ok (safe)??

It looks like a nassarious. They're great to have around.

It's a muricid (murex), Ergalatax margariticola by the most recent taxonomy. It has been historically assigned to different genera, usually Murex, Cronia, or Morula. I'm not sure which molluscs it will feed on, but it will definitely feed on some other mollusc(s). If it's not killing the larger snails in your cleanup crew you might want to keep it, it's an interesting animal.

That what I was afraid of, but trouble is it's hard to find.And I was watching NG channel once,
they had similar snail and they said it was poisonous even to humans...
