Snail Q

It varies, but most of the smaller tropical snails you'd find in aquaria have a life span of 3 to 5 years. Small conchs may average only 3 or 4 years, while the larger species might range from 7 to about 10 years. Cold water snails ten to live longer. Some of the opisthobranchs (bubble snails, some nudibranchs, slugs, etc.) may only live a year or so, and some even less than that. Some bivalves live to be over 100 years old, though.
