Snail questions and sand

I have a sand bed about tw in. And I have a handfull of turbo snails. Is that a good snail with sand or is therebetter snails?
Also, not relatedto snails but what other creatures are good with sand?
I have a 35g tank w/ fish, sebae nem, gsp small cuc

Turbo snails do not spend much time on the sand and it doesn't really affect them one way or another. Nassarius snails are more sand dwelling snails and will spend the day time buried away. Pretty much everything is fine with sand, and there are a lot of animals that require a sand bed to survive. Some just like to bury in it for protection and others need even a deep sand bed because it will be their main food source. Its always good to research any new inhabitant you are thinking of getting to know if you can provide it with optimal care.
