Snails and Hermits Dying

Help...I can't seem to keep any snails or hermit crabs alive in my reef tank. All parameters seem good. Last week I added about 40 crabs and 25 snails, within a day or two, they were all dead...They were all acclimated over 2 hours.Any thoughts?

Start with amonia nitrite and nitrate.

what other livestock do you have in the tank?im pretty sure you shouldnt have nitrite..is it a FOWLR system?-Drew

Have you tested for copper?

Inverts don't like copper, nitrate, salinity changes, temp changes or triggerfish.

+1 on the copper if your not using RO water. Test your top off water at the time you test your tank, this should help point out if one your tests is faulty.
