Snails and stuff for new tank

I have a new tank thats setup, I should be either fully cycled or almost (will check tonight) I'm looking to get some snails for the tank and was looking to avoid crabs since they tend to attack the snails and other things from past experince.

Right now the tank has a ton of the brown alage from the cycle but looking for diversity in the kit. Would would be the best to do the job I need?

I got the email about the sail that ends the 16th so possibly looking to order by then (if the tank is ready)

Thanks
Steve

P.s. Its a 500gal tank.

Hi Steve,

The baha snails are great for brown algae, they'll polish it off fast. Also, the Queen conch is pretty good, but just for the sand, wont' help your glass or rocks.

I would say a good mixture of baha snails, margarita snails and since you are going hermitless, i would get nass. snails for extra food cleanup etc.

thanks
