Snails eating Zoos?

I just noticed a couple of snails I had never seen before at the base of some zoos, and the zoos only in this particular area of the tank look like the tops of them have been damaged or they are dying or something. I have attached a picture of the snails and the zoos that look damaged. Any help with identification would be appreciated.

Those are sundial snails. (not reef-safe)

Thanks for the quick information. I will toss out the two I found. And it sounds like I need to keep a watch out to see if anymore appear.

I would also dip if possible I had the same problem with my zoas and that solved it i used coral rx
