Snails in uncured tank

So I purchased some live sand from ebay. One incentive offered by the seller was a "REFUGIUM STARTER KIT" with every order. Well, I purchased 2 orders of 30 lbs each. The REFUGIUM STARTER KIT includes "CHAETOMORPHA MACRO ALGAE + TONGA BRANCH LIVE ROCK TWO SNAILS AND SAND FROM OUR CORAL GROWING TANKS." Now, in my quest to kill as little as possible while cycling my tank, how can I keep everything alive? I was just interested in the sand. I wasn't counting on the extra stuff. As of right now, I have a 75G tank with 30 LBS of live sand. I can't see the other side of the tank at the moment as I just dropped the first 30 LBS of sand in yesterday. I have 100 LBS of live rock on the way. Can I just dump everything in my tank and see what happens or should I give the snails to a friend for a month or two? Thx.
