Snails mating?

I have these two cleaner snails that are sitting side by side in my tank and they've just been letting out cloudy chemicals for 30 minutes... i don't know what they are doing? Does anyone know what this means?

some snails are broadcast spawners and release eggs and sperm into the water column, so yeah, that's what they're up too

Oh wow! Thats so awesome! So those little teeny tiny whit baby looking snails that have been appearing in my tank are actually the offspring of the larger cleaner snails in my tank? They look exactly like the adult cleaner snails i have!

they could be, yeah, but there are alot of different species of snails that come in on rock. some are very small white snails with black lines or dots or whatever on the shell. If you don't have a skimmer or shrimp in your system, then yeah, they could be offspring.
