I'm planning on buying 4 trochus and 4 nerites to clean my glass and rocks. However, I'm concerned about my macroalgae. Who has snails in their macro tanks and how do they affect the macroalgae?

i have astreas, ceriths, nassarius, couple nerites, and one zebra turbo. the only ones i've had trouble with are the zebra turbo and the nerites. the turbo likes to eat macros and the nerites like to leave the tank and land on the carpet. if you have a tightly closed tank the nerites will be fine. i think trochus should be like the astreas. no problem at all.
