snapper, hamlet, bass ID please?

I have the fish in the attached picture in QT. I know what family it falls in but i have no idea of a real ID. Any help is appreciated.

Haha i know. It looks like a south american cichlid but its definitely a snapper or relative.

I was thinking the same thing....it does look like a SA cichlid.
