sneak evil pistol shrimp, how to catch him

how do i get a Carriaben shrimp out of a 30 gallon............i have two cleaner shrimp and 1 peppermint...

he has killed 2 pom pom crabs, 1 harlequin shrimp and he is too terratorial...

just because it says min 30 gallon dont mean its a good idea...
so how do i get him out without tearing down the tank....

im not a total lazy crap, ive already looked on line for the diy stuff...
tried first to lure him out with shrimp on a string....he would grab it and try to run but let go as soon as i pulled (this worked actually really well vs a arrow crab in my 75 gallon, he was a jerk)
currently i have a plastic bottle cut the bottom off, then cut "frills" all around it, bent said frills down so he can push through but not get out, he isnt going for it (at least yet) although i can say the narcissis snails are loving it, as are the bristle worms...

ive seen where people cut the top off a coke bottle, then turn the top around and stick it in the bottom of the bottle to make like a funnel......
there is no way that would work, he is all sneaky and runs in and out of rocks all day, like he just would figure it out and go back trhough the hole....seriously.....does this work?

any other ideas ??

I had one in my tank, caused some trouble. 1 night, after identifying the rock this little guy hide, I remove that rock. Place them in a foam box and flush it with fresh water. Almost immediately, you will find him scramble out of the rock. It was one of the recommended and most effective way by other websites. Had also tried with placing a cut out bottle with food in it and place it in its usual path. Did not work, however long I left it there. Smart guy.... Good luck 2 u and hve fun.
