Snowflake clowns breeding?

I have gotten a pair of snowflake clowns at a local store. I would like to breed the clowns. I have them in my 90 gallon display tank as of now. What can I do to get them more likely to breed or behavior that I should watch for?

good stable water parameters, a safe enviroment, and a good mix of food. other than that it just takes time.

I have read that a certain photoperiod encourages them to breed. I'm not exactly sure what it is though, but you might look into it.

Mine seem to lay eggs near full moon but they need to be established and happy I think..

Clownfish like a schedule. So lights on a timer for 12+ hours, constant feeding schedule, established environment, crank up the heat (like 80+). Then just give them time. About how big do you think they?

The male is at least 2 inches. The female is about 3 I think.

Give them some time to settle in and get them on a schedule. Probably a couple of months or so till you should see some spawning behavior.

In a reef tank it might never happen. I have a female that has been paired with two different males over the last 12yrs and she has never laid. A long photo period, lower salinity, higher heat and heavy feeding will help get them to believe it is time to lay. Unfortunately those conditions are not the correct for a healthy reef. Plenty of clowns do lay without those perfect conditions save for heavy feedings but it's when and if they decide to do it. I have a pair of Picassos that lay every 12 days but it took them 3 years to start laying.
