Snowflake Eel & Cleaner shrimp?

My snowflake ate hermit crabs and caught a true percula clown which was fortunate enough to escape. Within seconds, the eel was in the sump where it lived for over a year until it had a fight with the intake of a Mag 18 and perished.

My guess is the cleaner shrimp will be dinner.

i think the eel may spare the cleaner because of their duties. I know the snowflakes are more agressive but nano gurls zebra leaves her fire shrimp alone.

I introduced my little (6") Barred Moray into my tank and never saw a shrimp again after that. There was only two pep's at the time, but I wouldn't take the chance myself. It would be like putting me in a room full of cheesecake!

Hahah, same thing happned to mine....it ate a blood shrimp (that was a nice, expensive meal) and he was bansihed to the sump, 3 days later came home to my cleaner shrimp/hermits going crazy over things on the sand. I was like, "hunh, what are they eating...looks like the skin of my snowflake"......"oh crap". I knew he lost a battle with my mag18

I had a snowflake with my cleaner shrimp with no problems at all. And actually the eel was the only fish that would actually let the shrimp clean it.

I have a Hawaiian Golden Dwarf eel that lets my fire shrimp clean it, they even clean the inside of his mouth.
I have never seen him act agressive to them.
