snowflake eel in a 24 gallon bio cube ?

Hi, i have a 24 gallon bio cube and a wanted to know if i could add a small snowflake eel.:idea:

Uh, no. That would be way too cramped for a eel. Have you looked at the max length on these fish? Reported @ 2' as adults.

I would say no.
Max size of 2 feet which I am assuming is more than any single dimension on your tank, which just seems cruel.
