Snowflake eel ?

hey. i have a 125 gl and in my tank are 3 med tangs and 2 large cleaner shrimp also a med trigger...would a 4 inch snowflake eel effect anything?

they grow fast and the shrimp are definitely at risk.

Also, they like to jump out of tanks. I cover is a must.

I have had snowflakes for almost 20 years. They do jump out - it has happened twice in twenty years. They get more agressive with age. They will go into a feeding frenzy and eat what ever is in front of them. One day they are extremely docile and all of a sudden one day a tang could be missing.

The shrimp will most certainly be gone, and fast. I also had them find their way out of my tank.

Eeels eating cleaner shrimp is way over stated by hobbysts... These creatures often live in complete harmony with shrimp (I mean look at my avatar).

Doesn't mean its a gurantee, but I have seen a number of these eels living in complete harmony with cleaner type srhimp...

My snowflake lived in complete harmony with everything until it got big. Then it ate all my crabs, put one in at your own risk.

It will eat your shrimp, and possibly jump out, or end up in your overflow.
