decided to go carpet surfing. First the male and then 3 days later the female. So I'm done messing around and getting a screen top before I get any more fish. So far I've lost 5 fish due to jump outs. So with that out of the way I'm now looking at either a pair of White Stripe Maroon Clowns or a pair of Tomato Clown sp.(not sure with sub species yet). My LFS can order any fish out there for me at a reasonable price.

Can anyone tell me some pros and cons of each species? These will be the only 2 fish in the tank so territory isn't an issue. I've heard Maroons can be quite aggressive when older and the Tomatos are a bit more passive. The only other inhabitants in the tank are the typical cuc, a Blood Shrimp and a Skunk Cleaner Shrimp.

both types are kinda mean. the meanest are fire clowns. but when i was breeding them, my black occy were the meanest. she would jump out th water to bite me. lol

why not go for something different like a blue stripe pair or a tricinctus pair? both are my favorites. if you get a blue stripe, make sure you get the ones that have the yellow tail. the white tails tend to darken up to a brownish color. my yellow tails never got dark. stayed bright yellow and the blue stripes were amazing.

Well I've already got a RBTA thats been doing very well the past 3 months or so and I wanted to get a pair that naturally hosts it. It's a good 5 inches across(minus the tentacle length, 6"+with tentacles) and has so far stayed in the same spot for the past 2 1/2 months.
