So crumbletop... how about that RSM?

Man, that thing is slowly coming along. It has some snails and pods in it. Live rock. And a few corals. I'm wanting to mod my skimmer which I might get a chance to do part of this weekend. I want to mod it so that it has a stand pipe to control water level within the skimmer because it seems too sensitive to water level. The other mod I want to try is a mesh mod, but I'm still waiting on the part ;)

I'll see if I can get some pics up this weekend :)

*ahem* Mesh mod you say. *ahem* That should be fun.

Good grief... haven't you been waiting on that part for a while?

:D

Look forward to the pictures! :)

I did a mesh mod on a skimmer and was pleasantly surprised by how much it chopped up the bubbles. If you need a little more get up and go out of a skimmer I definitely recommend it... but of course you've already been convinced to do it and apparently someone has been holding out on you with the enkamat.

Wow, Jack!

Looks like its coming along!

I've still got those Purple Deaths and Nuc Greens for ya whenever you're ready. :)

Yep -- it is slowly coming along. I don't want it to fill up too quickly, and I want things to grow in so I'm starting with smaller frags. I've got some rics I want to move over, and some more of the slower growing sps. I like a bluer look and the bulbs that came with it don't quite do it for me. I just found out that hamilton technology sells actinics and blues that should fit -- so whenever I get some $ I'll probably give them a try. The bulbs the RSM comes with are 50/50's and they aren't blue enough for me :)
