The Profilux is the greatest controller on the market today. What makes it so great is the expandability and customer support.
Thanks for all the feed back, I agree looks great and from what i have read on this forum they sure are quick to help, but the price seem high but in this hobby I quess you get what you pay for. Looks like this will be the one i get. I will need the GHL ProfiLux Plus II EX Professional Plus. I really dont want to find out i need something else later and this package looks like it has just about everything. Anyone find that they dont need all that this one comes with or that they need more equip......Thanks again......

I agree, pick up the package with LAN card so you can check on your tank from any computer in your house.

I am absolutely over the moon with the purchase of my Profilux Controller, Great product!! and I am looking forward to adding other parts to the controller to utilise it to the max!!
I love the regular software and firmware updates and the continuing development of new parts to the controller system. Well done guys and once again great product.
This is what I bought first up to get me started.
1 x Profilux Plus II eX Computer with the usual bits and pieces.(Temp Probe etc)
1 x Profilux 6 port Power Bar.
2 x Profilux Float Switch.
Profilux Level Sensor Splitter.
Profilux Water Level Bar.
Profilux pH Electrode.
Profilux Tunze Stream Kit.
Profilux Wireless LAN card.

There's nothing like it. I looked at the B2, AquaController 3 Pro and the ProfiLux. For the functionality, the ProfiLux is very competitively priced - I ordered the GHL ProfiLux Plus II EX Professional Plus and to get the same functionality with either the AquaController or B2, it would have cost significantly more.
I haven't come across a product that has so many options, or is growing in it's functionality so quickly.
Everyone speaks of the service, but until you experience a problem on a Sunday morning and have responses from Matthias and Michael within the hour, it's hard to really appreciate it. I have not had this kind of service from anyone before!

I really appreciate seeing user feedback like this, it makes all the support so worth while.
I think with all the major development going on right now with profiLux, users are only now just starting to see the potential to what this devise can provide.
Even if you opt for one of the starter packs, the amount of preloaded options available is vast and knowing that the unit is pretty much future proof in design and with the back up and constant expansion updates being offered, I do feel that we are offering something beyond anything else on the market.
I think for us this year it is getting the Profilux name more widely known in North America, I read so many threads on other sites and forums with people looking for a controller that has this functionality as standard.
So if you love the ProfiLux and so many do spread the word!
I will be launching a referral program very soon.
