i was very apprehensive ordering a new MH fixture from aquacave from what i had read here about them, but their price and package were the best by far for what I wanted. So I contacted them to confirm what i wanted was in stock before I ordered...since that seemed to be a bone of contention with most unhappy people...their website chat feature is awesome and they confirmed stock and after chatting for a bit and being honest about my apprehension due to this forum I felt comfortable enough to at least try them...after all they do a good business and to see a few complaints here and there is par for the course for any company and it is the unhappy that have the loudest voices...the happy barely ever bother...that is just the way it is...
But I ordered late afternoon on friday and monday early afternoon had the tracking number and the package will be here thursday...that is incredibly fast for free shipping- as anyone knows that has ordered on amazon and their free shipping takes well over 10 days to get to you!-
So I can say that at this point in the game I am very very pleased with both their pricing and their service.
I will update once the unit is received and fired up...they even included 2 mh bulbs and 2 t5 in the unit and ballasts and hanging kit...so will be easy to fire up.

But for all those that are nervous...I say make sure you know what you want is in stock and if its where you want to order, do so. The squeakiest voices aren't always the majority....

I ordered a Alpha 200 skimmer from AC. It shipped out the next day.
I had a couple questions right away and they answered with no problem. I was missing the new nozzle for the Alpha 200 and Michael said he would investigate. He called me back in an hour and said they distributor would get me the new nozzle. So far, they have done everything a company should for me. Just my experience.

I recently ordered three lumen bright large reflectors and a coralvue ballast. I talked to them beforehand and they were out of stock in the reflectors but offered to drop ship them from coralvue. I got the items just as quick and the service was fantastic. Im real picky about service and they exceeded my expectations. I would buy from them again in a heart beat.

UPDATE:
ok I have to say I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Aquacave and would never hesitate to order through them again. The shipping was lighting fast and I had a glitch with the way the manufacturer shipped <in person signature required!> but aquacave immediately assisted me with all the information I needed to contact them and all was good. Mike was amazing each time we spoke and extremely helpful.
