so i got fried by my heater

so after my sump cracked and i reaplced it ( took 6 hours to get everything reinstalled.. DSB rocks plumbing etc etc )

finally all done. turn the heater back on. stick my hand in the water ... ZAP OUCH !!!! wonder Whats going on.. gently stick hand in water realize its electical. unplug heater. zap is gone..

my fish are all hiding. after unplugging the heater my shrimp still came up and cleaned my hand .. should i be expecting a dead tank in the morning?

No, I doubt it, just take the heater out and get a new one tomorrow. Make sure to raise the temp slowly.
