Im Lon 2 Premium Member Jun 7, 2007 #7 With the tank in the basement you should be okay.. Should not get to Hot.. Last year when My power was out for 7 days I didn't loose a thing in the 240 with only a 820 SIEO running (for only about 18 hrs a day) So A couple hours shouldn't hurt much
