So what was that frag that had to be cut with the tablesaw?

hey guys, so i cant remember, but what was the name of that frag the one guy was kind enough to cut up with that mini table saw and let us take?

Ive got a peice, and its looking cool, i just like to know what it is so i can research it and provide proper care for it. Havent had much luck with the hard corals (didnt expect to)

Some of the soft ones are doing darn good. Some are kinda in limbo.

It's a Favite.

My favite seems to be ok, as does the purple acropora (it has polyps out at least). I got 2 different frags of the birdsnest and I think both are goners. The softies all look good.

Did you get the green folder from the fragfest? It has photocopies of some basic care instructions.

I have yet to see tentacles on mine.

ok that one then, i just couldnt tell by the BW

mine doesnt have tentacles either..i m just surprised that huge thing was a chunk of rock..i mean was it attached to rock? or is that hardness the coral itself? or what?

the hardness is it's skeleton and the nice looking part is it's flesh

Ahh..well both parts are pretty hard lol. I think mines doing alright, where are they best placed? Sand? Rock?
