So who went to the Coral Farmers market down in LA?

I hear it was a great gig! What did you guys pick up?

I was there. It was the first farmers market that I have attended, so have no way of telling if it was just ok or fabulous. They had some realllly nice stuff and IMO great prices. We didn't stay to the end so may have missed some of the fun.
I picked up a piece of Sunset Monti, ORA Miami Orchid, Armagrddon-2 Paly, RPE, German Blue Digi, Roland Balmes Stoddarti, Red speckled muchrooms, and an Unknown Blue-Purple Stag.
I am fairly new to all this so really stayed away from all the high dollar stuff. Plus I didn't know how all the stuff would handle the 7+ hour drive home. I am happy to say everything (so far) is still alive.

My neighbors seemed to be doing quite the business (YourReef) and had much I drooled over Too bad I didn;t come home until yesterday otherwise I would have picked up a bunch of stuff

I can't wait to see what John from YR brought back from there. He assured me he's come back with some really cool stuff and would probably have it out by Thusrday or Friday.

If only I knew about it. I was down south this weekend too.

Like the previous poster said, I was scared that the corals would not make it during the 7+ hour trip so that is why I didn't want to get anything.

I did get a bunch of live rock and sand. I should have taken some stuff from my brother in laws tank! hehehe
