sock holder DIY

hello again, i would like to know if any ideas DIY for a sock holder, it was recommended to me that i install a 4" sock in my sump,

If you are handy with acrylic build one, or buy one through brs. Get 2 diffrent socks to play with, one finer and one more corse. I use my finer one when I'm cleaning or moving rocks. I use the coarse day to day and it allows phyto and smaller detritus to pass through.

i am going to opt for the buy one at brs and take your advice on trying the two different socks types, ordering now!!!!
