socket expansion problem

Sometimes my socket expansion sticks on and I have to unplug it and plug it back I'm a few times to get it to work and this morning it wouldn't come on and I had to unplug it and plug it back in a couple of times to get it to work. I have two heaters plugged into it for a total of 13.5 amps it is only 3 weeks old. Please help

If it's only 3 weeks old, send it back while it's under warranty.

i hooked my heaters (finnex 800w and 500w) that i had plugged into the socket expansion up to an amp meter and it turns out that the 500w heater is peaking over 9 amps and running around 6. it should draw no more then 4.5 amps max. the 800w is drawing 8.7 amps so it is fine. basically i have a bad heater and its not the expansion box it works fine it was just being overloaded. so it looks like i am going to return the heater under warrinty not the expansion box
