Socthing Oxydator

Does anyone have experience with this type of equipment. I need to know if it is causing sudden death of my fish. My shrimp are ok and their supposed to be the most fragile.
I have measured the level of H2O2 and none are present, so I'm a bit confused.

Thanks for sharing John.....looks like OP was doing incorrectly anyway...should have used 6% and 2 catalyst per instructions.....
