Soft coral experts

I am think of giving up on my sps tank and starting a soft coral/Zoa/mushroom tank and wanted to know if there is anything special about keeping soft corals. I know I will dial back my tunzes to give a little less flow and probably raise my light a bit. I have an 36" 8 bulb ATI t5. I ran chemipure elite and have a media reactor that I run denitrate in. Is there anything I am missing
