Can anyone help ID this coral?
Sorry for crappy pick. I was only able to shoot it under heavy actinics.

The body glows green. I don't believe it's a colt.

Structure looks like dendronephthya, but agree that a daylight pic would help. Does the tissue feel rough or slimy?

I've been told the tissue is soft. Kinda leaning towards Kenya tree as well. Still have to find time to get a better pic tho.
