Softies-lighting

Hey gang, I am fairly new to the hobby and just wanting some ideas/recommendations.
I have a 150 salty, live rock about 200lbs and about 12 fished, 2 of those being angels.
My water parameters are excellent
0 Ammonia
0 Nitrates/Nitrites
8.2 ââ"šÂ¬Ã¢â‚¬Å“ 8-4 PH
Alkalinity 420

I do NOT have nor do I wish to have the expensive lighting for now.
Just have 2 - 96 Watt bulbs - (2) daylight and (1) actinic.
Is there any way to keep any soft corals with this type of light and with the Angels ?
Tank Established for 8 Months now

It is going to be tough.You really cannot figure the actinic in the equation..as far as daylight you only have 96 wts. So on a 150 gal tank,you have less than 1 wt per gal of PC's. To give you an example,my refugium is a 29 gal. w/ 130 wts of daylight 6500K PC's.There is a mushroom or two and a few star polyps that hitched in on some rocks. Even they stretch for the light a bit,and are not their full color. You could do some non-photosynthetic corals,but none of them are easy corals,as they would rely on you to feed them.An example would be sun polyps...but each individual polyp has to be fed.

I also was thinking..you said 2 X 96 wt,but did not say what type of lighting? Are they just NO bulbs? Or power compacts? If NO{normal output} bulbs then not much could live under that. Also..you said your ALK was 420...did you mean calcium? Alk should be measured in meq/L. Your alk should be in the range of 2.9{low end} to 4.00 meq/L. Or a dKH of 8.0-11.2. With a CA reading of 420-450.
MG. also plays into the equation..and should be kept at 1300-1500. Even if you do not keep corals,you should maintain a good CA reading for your inverts.

Besides what Carole said, many(most) angels eat softies and lps. What kind of angels? Probably not a great idea to try, considering the lighting and the tankmates.
