please help me i dont want to loose this fish

try a portion of live brine shrimp to get his appetite going. it will work much better than the frozen brine garbage. soak the live brine in some zoecon, to boost their nutritional value.
caulerpa is a good start, try nori as well on a clip or banded to a rock. make sure that your qt has planty of appropriate hiding caves, and swimming room. and keep your water quality really high.
give him time, and a lesson of my own superstition. the more you worry the worse it gets.

I wouldn't put it in your display. I also saw that keeping a border along 3 sides of the tank helped reduce stress in QT.

I would give him some liverock to pick on, and hide in.
You would be surprised on how much a little rock would do in a quarentine.
Most angels nd tangs i have ever bought hated quarentines and i had top make it more comfy in there for them to feel a little more at ease.

Should be able to get some at a LFS. Also, I'd try getting some nori/seaweed. Get a few kinds of it and it should take to something.

I had a Sohal a about a year ago. When I got it, it didn't eat for quite some time. Then when it finally started eating, it would only eat nori. Thats it. Nothing else. I tried everything. It had a great appitite, but only for the nori. It was strange. But then it passed away about 8 months later for some unknown reason. I was bummed.

Try to keep a steady routine where the lights are turned on and off at the same time each day, this will help to prevent stress. When mine was in quarantine I offered him tubifex worms (I have always found fish to take to these very well) also offer seaweed sheets clipped onto the side of the aquarium (always in the same spot).
