Some bumps on my CBB

Well I picked him up 2 weeks ago when he was just picking at food in the LFS. Brought him home, and had him picking at food until about 4 days ago, and now he eats vigorously (though he's always been searching the rock for pods). Well now that I have hime eating, and my Kole Tang (only other fish in the tank ATM) has stopped picking on him so much, the last hurdle is that about a week ago, some bumps appeared. It's definitely not ick, I'm thinking it may be flukes or something. Yesterday it seemed that it wasn't getting worse, but not better either. There's three bumps that I can find, one (the most prominent by far) on it's dorsal fin, 1 on it's tail, and 1 on the front of its pelvic fin. Any suggestions?

On pic 1 you can make out the bump on the dorsal fin on 2 you can make it out on the pelvic fin, on the very front in the middle, 3 you can see all 3 of them, and 4 you can barely see the one on the dorsal fin and pelvic fin.

I'm not so sure if that's it, the pics I see don't look quite like this in that there is not a single speck anywhere on the fish except for on the edge of the fins. I REALLY hope that's not what it is at least, however it seems that the cause would be correct.

Ok, I'll definitely keep a good eye on it then. A few of the articles I've read suggest surgical removal of the spots. This wouldn't be too hard based on the location of the spots (at the very edge/tip of all the fins effected), so if it gets worse, that might be something to consider. What do you all think?

Thanks for the help!

If it is Lymphocystis, proper nutrition and good water quality will take care of the problem in a short time. IMO, if the fish is eating and the water quality is high, I would not cause the fish any more stress. In a short time, he will be back to normal. JMO.
